University Place is popular and fills up quickly so it is best to apply early to secure a lease. Leasing usually begins in October for the following summer and fall. When you are ready to apply, click the "Launch Application" link above to submit your application online. Our team can also email you a copy of the application to print and submit to the management office in-person. Once you have received the application please fill it out carefully and return it with a check to cover the application processing fee of $35.00. Please make your check payable to University Place Apartments.If you are interested in leasing an apartment please contact the management office to ask about current availability, or fill out the contact form and a member of our team will reach out to you.

On-site maintenance is available for any maintenance concerns in your apartment. For routine items, please call us at 254-756-1514 to submit a request or use the maintenance contact form online. For after hours emergencies, 24 hr maintenance is available.Please DO NOT use the online contact form for emergency maintenance issues. For maintenance emergencies, please call 254-756-1514 and leave a detailed message with the answering service explaining the cause and location of your maintenance emergency, along with your name and phone number. Ask the answering service to page the property manager, or maintenance, and someone will follow up with you soon after.
